Job Description

• Maintains the highest standard of professional ethics.
• Emphasizes and projects a high image for the brand.
• Operates with maximum transparency thereby projecting the truth about general observations.
• Organizes weekly training sessions with Managers and monitors with them department’s staff training.

• Ensures quality of Bowling & F&B services in the entire unit.
• Communicates constructively with the guests to receive important feedback.
• Evaluates opportunities to improve both product and services and act accordingly.
• Secures staff training and development.
• Daily property inspection.
• Proposes new procedures, organization or ideas to improve overall unit operations.
• Evaluates employees to select Employee of the month.
• Assists RGM in all his office functions: memo, minutes, information, schedules, evaluations, outlet program printing and distribution.
• Plans on a diary with a list of activities to be done on a daily, weekly and monthly base.
• Organizes and direct a weekly briefing with all the Assistant Managers to give them a feedback of past observations and achievements for the week.
• Coordinates with Human Resources for all staff issues such as: Leave requests, warning letters, transfer, recruitment or terminations.
• Checks presence and grooming of staff.
• Ensure an efficient interdepartmental communication.
• Strives to achieve the budgets- Bowling and F&B services.
• Follows up requisitions and purchase order.
• Produces accurate inventories.
• Ensures unit’s log books are filled daily.
• Monitors breakage & losses and identify methods to keep them to minimum.
• Secures good operating condition of all equipment in use through the concerned department.
• Coordinates with Stores for all relevant purchases.
• Supervises expiry dates on F&B items in use.
• Coordinates controls and inventories with F&B controller.
• Coordinates with Executive chef for the menu changes.
• Assists in preparations of Financial Forecast, P&L, and plans purchases.
• Controls and follows up maintenance requests on a daily basis.
• Operates all equipment as per the operating guidelines.
• Complies with statutory and legal requirements for fire, health and safety, hygiene, licensing and employment.
• Motivates his/her colleague to ensure proper service and good cooperation.
